series network disk video recorder is an excellent digital surveillance

both features of digital video/audio recorder(DVR) and digital video/audio
server(DVS) . It can work stand-alone or be used to build a powerful surveillance

DS-8000ME series network disk video recorder adopts high performance embedded
real-time multitask operating system(RTOS) and embedded CPU to perfectly
implement all the functions needed to build a surveillance system . Burning
all the software in FLASH makes system more steady and reliable .
Compression function :
- Support max 16 channels video in . Each channel can be compressed independently
in 25F/S(PAL) or 30F/S(NTSC), and CIF(or QCIF,HALF D1) resolution , using
H.264 algorithm . Both variable bit rate and variable frame rate are supported
.
- Support max 16 channels audio in . Each channel can be audio signal
can be compressed independently , using OggVorbis standard . The output
bit rate is 16 kbps .
- The output video and audio stream can be complexed to generate the complexed
H.264 stream . - - Video and audio coincide with each other from beginning
to end when complexed stream is played back . Video only stream is also
available .
- Support QCIF , CIF , HALF D1 resolution .
